The 5 Speed Cassette Podcast is a show designed to improve your shifting performance between Pro Cycling, the World Rally Championship, Formula 1 racing, Independent (RIAA free) music and random events. Titanium components were used to ensure that subject matter will never fail due to shifting social pressure.

Me at F1Boston Welcome Welcome Welcome. This is your host Mark coming to you live from Fall River, MA in the US of A. The picture to the left is indeed me in full race gear minus the neck cushion at F1Boston. I am a certifiable technology nut so being a fan of both Formula 1 and the WRC is just a natural thing for me. I'm also a triathlete so cycling has been in my blood for quite some time.

In addition to yours truly we also have Steve, our Man From Essex who tries to join us after every Formula1 race to help recap the important events. Given his location in England (over 3000 miles away) he is able to provide insight and information typically not found or heard in the US. Feedback for these shows has been fantastic so we thank Steve for being part of the show.
